The Fresco Shirt is cut to a slim fit and crafted from super soft Tencel with a naturally smooth sheen and fluid drape. The open revere collar softens the neckline, while the heat regulating fabric keeps the silhouette light and comfortable for warmer days.

Order before [CUTOFF=6:00 PM] (GST) on a business day for same-day dispatch. Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link. You can also track any order from your account. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes
UAE prices include 5% VAT. For GCC and international orders, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility; couriers may collect these on delivery.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Our courier will attempt delivery and contact you before returning a parcel. Re-delivery of parcels returned due to an incorrect address may incur an additional fee.

Returns & Exchanges
Not the perfect fit? No problem. You have [RETURN_DAYS=14] days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange it. Simple, straightforward and hassle-free.
What can be returned
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- Returned in the original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and pierced accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked) are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] or WhatsApp [WHATSAPP] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- We'll send you return instructions and arrange a courier pickup or drop-off.
- Pack the item securely with tags attached and hand it to the courier.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Tell us the replacement you'd like when you start your return. Subject to stock, we'll ship the new item once your original is on its way back. Exchanges for the same item are free of return-shipping charges within the UAE.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and approving your return.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit — we'll confirm your preferred method.
- Tabby/Tamara orders are refunded through Tabby/Tamara; your instalment plan is updated accordingly.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return shipping costs
A return-shipping fee of [RETURN_FEE=AED 20] may be deducted from your refund for standard returns within the UAE. Returns due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item are free — we'll cover the cost.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with photos and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
