Orders & Payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it according to our returns policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery. You can also split your payment with Tabby or Tamara through interest-free instalments or pay-later options.
Can I pay later or in instalments?
Yes. Select Tabby or Tamara at checkout to split your payment into interest-free instalments or pay later. Availability and limits are determined by Tabby or Tamara at checkout.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices are displayed in AED and include 5% UAE VAT. Tax invoices are available on request.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with garment measurements, along with our fit finder. We recommend comparing the measurements with a well-fitting item you already own.
What if my item doesn't fit?
No problem. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, and our team will help you find the right size.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes. We ship across the GCC and worldwide. International duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
UAE orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days, with next-day delivery available in Dubai. GCC delivery takes 3–5 business days, while international orders typically take 5–10 business days.
How much is shipping?
UAE orders over AED 200 qualify for free delivery. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee applies. GCC and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unworn items with original tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please follow our returns process to arrange collection or drop-off.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Products & Stock
An item is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Popular styles are regularly restocked. Join the Brotherhood or follow us on Instagram for updates on restocks and new arrivals.
How should I care for my pieces?
Follow the care instructions on each garment's label. As a general rule, wash cold, turn garments inside out, and hang or lay flat to dry to help preserve the fabric and colour.
